VOLUNTEERING

VOLUNTEER WITH US AND LEAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF OUR PROJECTS

Volunteers are a very big resource to any Organization or a cause that wants to attain greater height.

In the month of June 2021 we received 3 VOLUNTEERS from Estonia they volunteered in our organization up to the month of August 2021, they came in as a very big blessing to our organization (PEOPLE AGAINST POVERTY) PAPO

Karolin Mae, Marten Jakobson and Margit Ojaots to volunteered with us in our non profit organization PEOPLE AGAINST POVERTY in the rural areas of Shianda, Mumias East sub county of Kakamega county in the republic of Kenya and through NGO MONDO a charity organization from the country of ESTONIA that send them they helped set up a DIGITAL COMPETENCIES PROGRAM.

Karolin Mae, Marten Jakobson and Margit Ojaots and all both past and future volunteers who will follow into their footsteps ;ARE OUR REAL HEREOS and they will always have a place on our walls of fame because they accepted to leave behind all their comfort zone in their home countries including their dear parents ,brothers & sisters ,friends and all their relatives only to come in our rural villages of Kenya to empower our communities with skills that are helping them cope with the digital era and also improving their general livelihoods they lend their time, skills and enthusiasm to help our organization and work improve and be better than they found it.

We also thank NGO MONDO of ESTONIA as a sending organization for having confidence in us and accepting to send us volunteers to initiate A DIGITAL COMPETENCIES PROGRAM and making us a pioneer of the program in Kenya.

We would always be happy to see this and many more volunteers visiting us more and more even for a day, a week ,a months or even for over a year because their presence will always mean a lot both to us ,to our cause and to the entire communities we serve in Kenya.
